Q.    What is your standard delivery time?
A.    Our standard turnaround is approximately 8-10 working days from artwork / content approval.

Q.    Do you offer a rush service?
A.    Yes. For a rush surcharge, we can complete your USB order within 24 hours plus delivery time.

Q.    What capacities do you offer USB drives in?
A.    We currently offer 64mb, 128mb, 256mb, 512mb, 1gb, 2,gb, 4gb, 8gb, 16gb and 32gb (subject to availability)

Q.    Are your USB drives guaranteed?
A.    All our USB drives carry a 1 year guarantee against faulty parts or workmanship. If you have a problem with any of our drives (not including problems resulting from misuse), please contact us to return them to our offices for replacement or repair.

Q.    What printing options do you offer?
A.    We use laser engraving, silkscreen printing, Pad printing and digital print, depending on the artwork. For more information about the possibilities, call or email us.

Q.    What is your minimum order?
A.    The minimum order for printed USB drives is 50 units. There is no minimum for unprinted USB drives.

Q.    How do I supply artwork? Will you help with setup?
A.    Artwork should be supplied as a vector file (.eps, .pdf, ai). We offer a free setup service just provide your artwork to us and we will send you an electronic proof at no charge.

Q.    What is the minimum order for printed lanyards?
A.    200 units.

Q.    Will the USB drives work on all computers?
A.    Our USB drive are USB 2.0 format and designed to operate on all Mac and PC devices running OS 8.6 or Windows ME or later. With the relevant drivers, they will also run on most older machines.

Q.    Do you offer content loading?
A.    Yes, we provide a content loading service to your USB drive orders including permanent, removable or a combination of both.

Q.    Can you make the contents autoload?
A.    Yes, we offer an autoloading service to make files automatically open when inserted into a USB drive (PC only).

Q.    Can you password protect the USB drives.
A.    Yes, we offer a unique or common password protection option.

Q.    Can you embed unique serial numbers to the USB drives?
A.    Yes we can include serial numbers to your USB order.
